The love of music and singing brought together more than thirty singers from Slavičín and the surrounding area, people of various professions who are once a week willing to forget about everyday worries, work and other duties, and completely immerse themselves in the world of music, where they undergo intensive exams going through musical studies literature of various historical periods. During its ten-year activity, the choir prepared numerous musical and singing performances not only on its own but also in cooperation with the Art School and the Town of Slavičín and other subjects.

Tradition has already become a friendly encounter with choirs from Moravia, Bohemia and Slovakia and annual advent or Christmas concerts. The cooperation with the orchestra of former pupils of the ZUŠ and children's choir Tučňáci ZUŠ Slavičín is also significant. The church regularly performs also during church ceremonies in the local church of St. Vojtech and other festivities or important events in Slavičín and its surroundings. As part of its work, the choir devotes itself to classical and spiritual music, from which singers prefer interpreting joyful spirituals and spiritual songs. We can also find Cantare concerts, folk songs from Bohemia and Moravia, songs in the languages of different nations and compositions by contemporary authors.
